FOOD VENDOR INFO

Here are the specifics of participating in our show:
–The booth fee is $375 for a 10’ x 10’ booth and $700 for a 10’x20’. Booth fees are nonrefundable, if accepted to the show.
–You must be an approved caterer for the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center before you can participate. Details can be obtained by contacting the Food & Beverage Department at 806-775-2242.
–There will be no commission and no percentage to the Civic Center on sales.
–There is no cooking with propane or electric grills/burners. No open flames (i.e. chafing dishes) may be used either.

10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

PREMIERE NIGHT* FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2020

6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

FESTIVAL OPEN Saturday, April 18, 2020

10:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, April 19, 2020

12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

If you would like to participate in the 42nd Annual Lubbock Arts Festival, we would ask you complete the application on this page by February 27, 2020.

We would also ask that you list on the application any special requirements that you need to keep your food (such as water, high voltage electricity, etc.). Ice is available for purchase at the Civic Center.
Please note that you cannot sell the following in the Civic Center:

Soft drinks, Ham/Turkey sandwiches, Iced tea, BBQ sandwiches, Beer, Popcorn, Juices, Soft Pretzels, Coffee, Candy, Bottled water, Cotton candy, Danish/Muffins, Nachos, Hot Dogs, Chili, Sausage, or buns.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF FOOD VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE.

ACCEPTANCE WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS – SO GET YOUR APPLICATION TURNED IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! If you are accepted to the show, your fee will be deposited; if you are NOT accepted to the show, we will return your fee to you before March 5, 2020.
