Each booth must have organization representatives present at all times during the Arts Festival operating hours.

Also, please be reminded: booths are no longer allowed to play music or have audio with their looping video. Both music and audio from a looping video imposes upon neighboring booths. You may play the looping video, but the volume must remain off.

We encourage you to use this opportunity to bring news of your organization to thousands of Festival visitors. Distribute information, enlist new members, sign up volunteers, or sell season tickets! Also if you are considering selling food, drinks, or balloons, please contact the Lubbock Arts Alliance office for a separate application form. There will be no commission on any artwork sold in a non-profit booth.

Lunches will not be provided, but you and your volunteers are welcome to come to the Hospitality Room for tea and water. “Booth sitters” are available upon request.
