Introducing the Pat and Mike Maines DEMONSTRATING ARTIST AREA

The Lubbock Arts Festival is proud to announce the Pat and Mike Maines DEMONSTRATING ARTIST AREA, honoring two beloved artists whose creativity, generosity, and years of service have helped shape the festival.

Pat has shared her talents as a graphic designer, longtime volunteer, festival chair, and featured artist. Mike has led the Demonstrating Artist Area, generously giving his time and talents to connect working artists with festival audiences. Together, they have supported fellow artists and helped make art an inviting, accessible part of our community. Naming this area in their honor celebrates their lasting contributions and the spirit of sharing that they bring to the arts.

Visit the Pat and Mike Maines DEMONSTRATING ARTIST AREA to see creativity in action! Watch artists work, ask questions, and learn how they turn ideas and materials into original art. Demonstrations take place throughout both days of the Lubbock Arts Festival and are included with your general admission ticket.
