How Much Is Admission?

$5 in advance online through Select-A-Seat Lubbock, or $7 at the door. Children 12 and under admitted free with an accompanying adult.

How Do I Buy Tickets?

Tickets can be purchased in advance online through Select-A-Seat Lubbock, or by calling 806-770-2000. Tickets are also available at the door.

What is the History of the Festival?

Over 45 years ago, a group of community leaders conceived an event to elevate the profile of the newly-constructed Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Managed by the Lubbock Arts Alliance since 1978, it is now the largest fine arts and crafts event in West Texas.

How do I Purchase Tickets for Special Events?

What About ATM & Credit Card Usage?

There is an ATM located inside the north doors of the Civic Center. Most major credit cards are accepted for admissions, concession stands, and merchandise.

What Should I Do in Case of an Emergency?

In case of an emergency, please promptly inform an onsite police officer or a staff member. Staff can be recognized by their red vests, or you may proceed to the “Information Desk” near the north entry doors for assistance.

What Food & Beverages are Available?

The Civic Center has partnered with Civic Lubbock Inc. to oversee all concession stands, alcohol, and food and beverage operations. A portion of their concession proceeds is contributed to the Lubbock Arts Festival.

What if I Lose Someone?

If separated from a child or a member of your party, please immediately notify a police officer or one of our staff members for assistance.

Where Can I Buy Official Festival Merchandise?

Visit the Festival Store in the Exhibit Hall for official commemorative merchandise like posters, t-shirts, and more.

What are the Parking Arrangements?

Free parking is available in the lots surrounding the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Reserved parking for VIPs is available in the lower lots.

What is the Photo Policy?

There are many photo opportunities throughout the festival. We ask that you please respect the artists’ work by not taking photos without permission. By entering the festival, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials.

Are there Prohibited Items?

The festival strictly prohibits contraband, explosives, or other hazardous items. Bags and personal items are subject to inspection upon entry.

Where are the Restrooms?

Restrooms, including facilities for handicapped accessibility and family restrooms, are located throughout the facility.

What Security Measures are in Place?

City of Lubbock police officers provide onsite security 24 hours a day during the event.

What are the Safety & Health Policies?

The Lubbock Arts Alliance reserves the right to deny admission or remove individuals for safety or behavior reasons.
