LUBBOCK LIGHTS

The Art of Larry Simmons and Tony Greer

Experience the art of light at the 2027 Lubbock Arts Festival.

Step into an illuminated retrospective of neon and plasma artwork by Texas artists Larry Simmons and Tony Greer. Their flowing forms, clean lines, and vibrant colors bring the festival’s LIGHT theme to life.

With more than 30 years of experience in neon fabrication, welding, and metalworking, Simmons and Greer combine artistic vision with technical skill while preserving traditional hand-blown neon techniques. Their work spans architectural features, murals, and plasma sculptures, revealing the possibilities of light as an artistic medium.
